Phoenix Sports Institute gives student-athletes a structured place to train, build discipline, develop life skills, and learn how to think beyond sports. PSI is hosted at Inferno Performance, built to be ESA-friendly, and designed for families who want more from the middle of the day.
PSI develops the full student-athlete: performance, discipline, communication, leadership, service, business thinking, and practical life skills. Students train hard, think clearly, and build habits that carry into school, sports, work, and adult life.
Phoenix Sports Institute is designed to be ESA-friendly. Families are responsible for confirming eligibility, reimbursement rules, and purchasing requirements. Curriculum support options may be available depending on family needs and final program structure.
The trial phase centers on performance work, PSI Life, entrepreneurship, leadership, confidence, and community. The full August launch expands the structure into a broader daily model.
Speed, strength, agility, power, movement quality, athletic mechanics, and demanding performance work inside the Inferno environment.
A short reset between performance training and the development-focused PSI Life segment.
Entrepreneurship, leadership, communication, life skills, mindset, and practical growth students can use beyond athletics.
Short break before finishing the day with conditioning, challenge-based work, or athletic development.
Energy systems, resilience, work capacity, and competitive finishers that reinforce effort and consistency.
Each element is designed to build structure, discipline, and consistency across how students train, study, and develop.
Structured academic time built around consistency, focus, and accountability.
Speed, strength, agility, power, and conditioning for complete athletic development.
Life skills, leadership, and entrepreneurship through real application.
Nutrition and recovery habits that support performance, energy, and consistency.
Community involvement that builds responsibility, awareness, and leadership.
Entrepreneurship is a major part of PSI Life. Students will work as one larger group or in smaller groups to identify real problems they believe need solving, develop practical solutions, and build a real business concept around those solutions. The goal is to help students leave with a stronger business mindset, a clearer understanding of how businesses are created, and the confidence to build future ideas on their own.
The trial curriculum is built to develop confidence, communication, responsibility, and real-world readiness in a parent-friendly, structured format.
Each Development Block is capped at 12 students. First come, first served.
Mon / Tue / Fri = Entrepreneurship • Wed / Thu = Life Skills
