About PSI

A serious environment for athletes building more than sport.

PSI develops the full student-athlete: performance, discipline, communication, leadership, service, business thinking, and practical life skills. Students train hard, think clearly, and build habits that carry into school, sports, work, and adult life.

What families can expect

  • A focused environment built around movement, standards, and real application
  • Performance work built around speed, strength, agility, power, balance, coordination, and conditioning
  • Life skills, entrepreneurship, and leadership that transfer into daily decisions
  • Clear structure, strong standards, and a student experience with purpose

ESA-friendly structure

Phoenix Sports Institute is designed to be ESA-friendly. Families are responsible for confirming eligibility, reimbursement rules, and purchasing requirements. Curriculum support options may be available depending on family needs and final program structure.

Sample Daily Structure

A daily block built for momentum, discipline, and follow-through.

The trial phase centers on performance work, PSI Life, entrepreneurship, leadership, confidence, and community. The full August launch expands the structure into a broader daily model.

9:00 – 10:00

Performance Training

Speed, strength, agility, power, movement quality, athletic mechanics, and demanding performance work inside the Inferno environment.

10:00 – 10:15

Break / Transition

A short reset between performance training and the development-focused PSI Life segment.

10:15 – 12:00

PSI Life

Entrepreneurship, leadership, communication, life skills, mindset, and practical growth students can use beyond athletics.

12:00 – 12:15

Reset / Fuel

Short break before finishing the day with conditioning, challenge-based work, or athletic development.

12:15 – 1:00

Conditioning / Competitive Finish

Energy systems, resilience, work capacity, and competitive finishers that reinforce effort and consistency.

2-day and 3-day families may choose days based on availability. Because themes and training progressions evolve through the week, partial schedules may not experience every segment in the exact same sequence as 5-day students.

The goal is to help students leave with a stronger business mindset, a clearer understanding of how businesses are created, and the confidence to build future ideas on their own.

What students will do

  • Identify real problems that matter to them
  • Develop practical solutions to those problems
  • Create a business idea around the solution
  • Build messaging, presentation, and structure around the concept

What students take away

  • A stronger entrepreneurial mindset
  • Confidence in solving problems creatively
  • A clearer understanding of how businesses are built
  • Practical experience turning ideas into something real
